Con’s Continental Deli has a position available for a Café Cook.
This is a fulltime position with an option for the successful application to enter a traineeship.
The position requires the successful application to work as part of an established kitchen team, comprising a fulltime chef and two part time cooks. The successful applicant will receive onsite training in daily food preparation, working towards independent responsibilities for meal preparation.
These responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
• Using food preparation equipment
• Preparation and presentation of menu items
• Cleaning kitchen premises and equipment
• Using hygienic practices for food safety
